Last weekend, Food for Life Cape Town visited our friends in Overcome Heights.
As usual, Nilesh’s cooking was flawless. We left with a merry bunch of volunteers, including Michael, Gauranga, Perez, Neela, Heena and Zara. When we got to Overcome Heights, we were very ably assisted by Mymoena and Fowzie.
It was a bright and warm Saturday afternoon, made all the more pleasant by all the friendly smiles from those we were feeding.
